About Alice

Alice practises in public and commercial law.

Before coming to the Bar, Alice was a senior lawyer in the Office of General Counsel team at the Australian Government Solicitor, where she advised on questions of constitutional law, statutory interpretation, and administrative decision-making.

Prior to this, Alice was a solicitor in Mallesons’ commercial dispute resolution team, and an Associate to the Hon Justice O’Bryan of the Federal Court of Australia.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the Australian National University.

Alice is reading with Anna Lord. Her senior mentor is Kathleen Foley SC.
