Tony Lang practises in commercial, administrative and local government law. He has particular expertise in the law of not-for-profit organisations, including companies limited by guarantee, incorporated and unincorporated associations, cooperatives and charitable trusts.
In 2010, the Victorian Government retained Tony to write the first draft of the new Model Rules for the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.
