Jason practises in the areas of administrative and commercial law, and has particular expertise in appeals from the VCAT, FOI and privacy matters, and VCAT practice and procedure.

Jason is also the consulting editor of the Nekvapil Victorian Administrative Law looseleaf service and was the author of the first five editions of Pizer’s Annotated VCAT Act.
