Simon has a broad practice in commercial and public law, with a focus on regulatory proceedings and class actions.

Before coming to the Bar, Simon was a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.  At Corrs, he acted in a broad range of complex litigation matters including class actions, regulatory proceedings, constitutional law, consumer and product liability and copyright.  He has also advised clients in relation to allegations of foreign bribery, and has acted in recovery proceedings for employee and contractor fraud.

Simon was Associate to the Hon. Justice Michelle Gordon AC at the High Court of Australia from June 2015 to December 2016.

Simon is reading with Renee Enbom.  His senior mentor is Jack Rush RDF QC.
