The Members and staff of List A congratulate Siobhan Kelly SC on her appointment by the Honourable Chief Justice Niall as Senior Counsel effective today (29 October 2025).
Siobhan practises in commercial law, employment law, and discrimination law. She has appeared in the High Court, the Federal Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Fair Work Australia.
Siobhan has extensive experience appearing in mediations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Immediately prior to coming to the Bar, Siobhan was Special Counsel at Maurice Blackburn in the employment and industrial law team.
