The Hon. Nick Staikos, Minister for Local Government in the Parliament of Victoria has today announced the appointment of List A Barristers’ Dan Star KC as independent mediator overseeing the McCrae Landslide response.
List A Barristers warmly congratulates Dan on his appointment, and echoes the words of the Minister, who said he is “confident [Dan] will guide a fair and respectful mediation process focused on achieving the best possible outcome for the McCrae community”.
