Michael comes to the list as a highly experienced counsel and dispute resolution specialist, specialising in complex construction and commercial disputes.
He brings over 25 years of advocacy experience, including a substantial career as a Senior Counsel (SC) at the Johannesburg Bar, South Africa, practising in construction and commercial law, complemented by specialised practice within Australia’s leading construction and project law sectors.
Michael will be accepting briefs to appear in construction and commercial litigation and arbitration (including international arbitration), contractual dispute adjudications, and security of payment adjudication matters. He regularly represents international entities, engineering companies, major contractors, and professional indemnity insurers.
