The List is delighted to welcome the Honourable Kenneth Hayne AC QC, who returns to the Bar following his retirement after 18 years as a Justice of the High Court of Australia.
Prior to his appointment to the High Court he was a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1992 to 1995, and a judge of the Court of Appeal of Victoria from 1995 to 1997.
On his retirement from the High Court he was appointed as a professorial fellow at the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne.
