List A staff and members congratulate former List A member Stephen Donaghue KC on his appointment to the Court of Appeal at the Supreme Court of Victoria, as announced by Chief Justice Niall.
The appointment will begin 27 January 2026. Stephen was a member of List A, specialising in administrative and constitutional law until his appointment to Solicitor-General in 2017. He has served in the role since.
