Geoffrey Kozminsky

Geoffrey practises in corporate and commercial law.  He has particular experience in matters involving guarantees, corporate fraud, regulatory investigations and insolvency.  Geoffrey is reading with Michael Borsky and his Senior Mentor is Michael O’Bryan QC.

In 2008 – 2009, Geoffrey served as Associate to the Honourable Justice Finkelstein in the Federal Court of Australia.  Prior to joining the Bar, Geoffrey worked as a senior associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler.  As a solicitor Geoffrey acted for a number of listed companies and high-net-worth individuals in a variety of matters in the Supreme Court, Federal Court and appellate Courts.

Geoffrey graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours.

Mark Hosking

Mark practises in commercial and public law.

Before coming to the Bar, Mark was an associate to the Hon Justice Crennan AC at the High Court of Australia and a solicitor in the commercial litigation department at Allens.  Mark’s practice as a solicitor included constitutional law, administrative law and commercial disputes in a range of areas including contract law, competition and consumer law, and professional negligence.

Mark has undergraduate degrees in commerce and law from the University of Adelaide, where he received a number of academic prizes.  He also holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, where he studied as a Cambridge Trust Scholar and received the B R D Clarke Prize for Best Overall Performance in the LLM, the Chancellor’s Medal for English Law and the Gareth Jones Prize for Restitution.
